i did all the things that i need to do
and while i put this ./samp03svr
i get this error:
error while loading shared libraries: libstdc++.so.6: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
what i need to do ??

You need to type :
nohup ./samp03svr or nohup ./samp03svr&

./samp03svr wont work at all !

try nohup ./samp03svr &

Also make sure to "chmod 777 *" your server folder and plugins to be able to execute it
