So why, i cant write a post or view any topic, the forum is lagging, it loads 5 minutes per page...

It's the forum.. not you.. no need to worry. It'll be fixed soon. It's probably because of one of the following reasons:

-- Host
-- Database update
-- Some sort of backup

Or something else.. god knows. It's happened before and it's usually nothing to severe.
