Add a line in your server.cfg "plugins" and add a folder in ur server path "plugins" and put the plugins in it
seince you don't know that put these.. in the plugins folder and on server.cfg file in the plugins line you added earlier
write down those plugins i gave you streamer sscanf whirlpool and if it didn't work try adding .dll to each 1 of the plugins i gave e.g streamer.dll
