Isn't it GTA V? the latest. They haven't even released their latest one, why would you ask if they will continue? They also make other games if you know and yes, they might to get more cash and there will be newer consoles by the time which they gonna support as well.

London/UK wont be good for GTA games, US is the best suitable place for it.
