Well , I was wondering if there's a website or something that you would be able to upload a certain text on it , So that you can login - edit the text & save , But in the same time others can also login and edit the text while you're editing so that you both would work on it in the same time , Was wondering if something like that already exists.

DropBox is awesome, I'd certainly recommend it. You can also download all previous versions of the files and restore them whenever you like, see who's editing them, etc. Not sure if others let you do this too though.
