SAMP can only show 1 checkpoint at a time, even with a streamer. you could maybe set the range of the checkpoint to something very low, that way when you get near that checkpoint it'll show.

Like Prodigy said, SAMP only does support 1 checkpoint at a time so I recommend you using a checkpoint streamer. Here is a tutorial so you can learn how to make one: https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=118599, or if you don't want to make one you can search a include/filterscript. Good luck!
