After I connect to samp server my game starts to load then it crash, also the single mode does not work.

Uninstall any mods, delete gta_sa.dat.

Its not gta_sa.dat, its gta_sa.set. To find this file, go to GTA San Andreas User Files and delete it there. If this doesn't work, try renaming the GTA San Andreas to GTA San Andreas 2. If this doesn't work, remove all mods.
