• D:\SAMP STUFF\SAMP HOST\pawno\
  Here is your pawno.exe
  ___
  
• D:\SAMP STUFF\SAMP HOST\pawno\include\
  Here should be the Double O files include.

now if you start the pawno of D:\SAMP STUFF\SAMP HOST\pawno\pawno.exe
and compile, it will work.
also, make sure that you wrote the include's name correctly.
