i want make a new prison exterior
But i don't know where are good place to make it ( In LS )

Well, there's a lot of them around San Andreas.
Actually, when I created my Exterior - I made my own land mass and Custom made it... it was pretty good, but the whole Building could've been done better.
Making land masses are actually really hard, but if you make it really distanced and add tree's it's perfect.
Ps: If you do that, probably won't it takes heaps of time - remember to make it UN-ESCAPABLE! C: x
