Trying adding the line:

bind your.ip.address.here

to your server.cfg file.

just run crashdetect plugin here ones you done that post your server.logs

EDIT: sorry didnt read about your friends cant see your server online go into your server.cfg file and add BIND (your server address)

Then don't use the bind as this appear to be home-hosted. Port forward or buy a host.

I think your bind is fine from what i can see is that your server port is in use. try 7777 if home hosted

Use :7777 If it is home hosted or port forwarded -- That could be the issue
