There is no filterscript for it because you just have to type "/save" to save a position. Which saves to "...\Gta San Andreas User Files"
For areas you could use a filterscript like "ryders gangzone creator" so you can see the area on the map while creating it, use the co-ordinates from that (minx miny maxx maxy).
If you have been looking for months, your not trying very hard.
