Just got a question regarding the reputation system, i have been getting lots of +reps but they are not going towards my reputation total, they are grey boxes. Icon says that they are Reputation Balance?

What does this mean?

It depends on amount of reps and posts the user gave you the rep have they enough may be positive.

I'm not really sure.

They must have 50 posts and positive rep to give you rep.
