I need to know how I'm able to offline fine someone.
Is it possible to open their file when they are offline and then take the amount of money you want to be fined.

You seem like a guy who just needs instruction, correct me if I'm wrong.

Get the admin to write the players FULL name into the command such as /ofine Jack_Sucks_Peni 5000

Look for the file Jack_Sucks_Peni.ini open it.

Find the Value change it.

Close the file.

Tell the admin the command is finished the player was fined.

End command/
