i tried most of systems but i cant find a simple one (Iam beginner)

Housing systems can become quite advanced, especially for a beginner, do something simple like a TDM script first. Here is a link to the wiki tutorial section. Don't ask us how to do a housing system because that's just stupid. It can be done in several ways and the truth is, in the end it will take some time to create one. If you really want to learn scripting then the Wiki might be what you need.
