What are the includes for, not the ones in the pawno folder.

What do you mean ? The includes are in pawno/includes. Is there anything else you're talking about ? If yes, elaborate.

It's just another place to put includes, Pawno will look in the /pawno/includes folder by defualt.

".." means the folder above, so instead of /pawno/includes it would include it from /includes.
