Hey guys,
Not sure if this is the right place for this or not, but...
I'm replacing standard vehicle dff/txd files in gta3.img with custom ones that I find online. This probably the most commonly done thing by most casual modders. I mean, who doesn't want to replace the Infernus with a Bugatti Veyron, right? (don't answer that...)
SOME (and ONLY some) of the cars that I replace ALWAYS have suspension issues. For example, every single car I try to swap out with the Turismo rides way too high (looks like it has a suspension lift kit or something). Yet, if I put the same model over the Tampa, it looks perfect. Another car that constantly has this problem is the Hotring Racer B. The Hotring Racer A is perfect.
Also, the Buffalo has that "body roll" problem, that continues even with custom models. It's somewhat irrelevant, but I'll throw it in here too. This is only an issue in SAMP, not offline. Works perfect in single player.
I have searched the internet thoroughly for a fix, but can't even find someone else reporting this same problem. I CAN'T be the only one. Any ideas?
