You can't make that for free you should but & No-IP help only when you have dynamic IP & your server is exmp : 00.00.00.00:7777

If you have a static/fixed IP. Just get a simple .tk domain and forward it to your IP.. If you can't, PM Me and i will be doing it for you ...
