Clow, refrain from using other languages on this section of the forums, I suggest you check the Languages section.

This will change the player's nametag and radar blip. And no, you cannot only change the nametag without the radar blip. But most roleplay scripts don't enable radar blips anyway, so it's up to you.

Use SetPlayerMarkerForPlayer to change the map blips. I think it sometimes changes the name also though.
