Why not just make your own? You'll get what you want, instead of looking for one.

I use Ladmin V2, quite good. Features a logging in system which can also save the cash amount and of course a miriad of useful admin commands ranging from freeze, disarm, eject teleportation, spectate and of course the kick/ban.
