Someone told me that he gave to me Reputation Point and its not showing that i received it , Someone can help ?

Well maybe he doesn't have enough posts? or enough requirements to give you one.

You can see there when a rep is given or removed. Green icon means your reputation increased, red means it decreased and grey means no change has been made. If it's grey, then the person who gave you reputation hasn't got a high enough reputation level himself to affect other reputations. (It's probably negative.)
