So many kids are starting up servers who have NO money. All these servers end up like crap there are thousands of servers the only people who should be starting them are dedicated leaders who have a small reserve of money to put into starting it all up, buying the hosting and domain.

The servers that cant afford sites,hosted tab,ect, chances are they wont even get 5 players a day.
why do you assume they are mostly kids running the server? I hate how everyone is saying "Your a kid" "Your 10" when you don't even barely know them (Unless you look at my posts and see the people I deal with, that's diffrent because you kind of have facts). And the hate for people just now joining SA:MP is quite stupid, its like if your not a 3 year old player who can script a entire game mode in a week you get attacked for no reason.

Anyways, Why do you even care if they are crap servers? No one asked you to join a server that you havent played. But I see your point.

You don't need money to start a server?.. If you have good internet and good computer. You can just turn that into a VPS/Dedi and host for free. Let me put it this way, let them do it. It's a dream(for some) to run a server. After 1 week they will quit, more will come. Hardly anyone has dedication to run it for a long time that have only a bit players.

I have spoken to them and they are 11-12. It is bad to see the server ad forum spammed with fail servers people that arent even able to put $10 aside for a domain shouldnt make servers.

"Free". Because mommy and daddy still pay for your electricity and Internet usage. In the end it is cheaper to rent a host than keeping your PC on 24/7. Let's say your PC uses 350 Watt of electricity at all times. Not an exaggerated assumption. That would make up for about 260 kWh of electricity per month. Each kWh costs about Ђ0.20, making the total price Ђ52 per month. Now subtract regular usage of 8 hours per day (about Ђ18) and you end up with an additional cost of Ђ34. for And that's just electricity.

Yeah, there honestly is no way to stop this. As it's the players choice to do it. It may seem pointless to us, but obviously to the player who is doing it, it actually means something. I honestly don't see an issue with it. It doesn't really hurt anyone.

You're forgetting that, the average PC with that kind of usage would make a decent server (as in decent CPU and RAM). Rent an actual server with comparable power and you'll also be paying that kind of money. That being said, parents who let their children leave their computers on at all times are not doing a very good job at parenting.

Don't want to play on these servers? Just don't join them. It's only by making crappy servers that you can practice and maybe one day that crappy server will be become better or even good.

Many of the servers start without a own gamemode . And then they admire the server be empty and close them..

I'd like to point out that the problem is definitely not new people joining SA:MP. The problem is, that before they actually post on these forums, they do not check out the rules for posting, neither do they click at the "search" button to find an answer for their question, instead, they just come and post a new thread in a completely wrong section with a shitty english you can't get a word out of, and break almost every rule there is on this forum.

If you are new, don't hesitate to ask questions or post your posts, just don't be idiotic, don't ask people to do everything for you, try yourself, read the forum rules, and most important, think before you act!
