when i login using /rcon login (rcon password) i logged in as admin. and i can use /rcon cmdlist
but when i type /admins to check admins online my name not show up(i see there is no admins online) and i cant use server admin commands like /give or /v /teleport

You are confusing the built-in RCON administration system, with the scripted admin commands that people create. For the other admin commands you'll want to find an admin filterscript here on the forums.

u have to /setlevel id level

Example : - Ur id : 1 , Level 5

/setlevel 1 5 now u will be level 5 admin

and if ur already admin , and cant see in /admins , type /unhide

You need to put yourself as admin.
Either from /setlevel, or:
-Go to your server and register then /q.
Then go to Users files, open your file with your name,
From there you can set the admin level( There should be like: AdminLevel = 0, change to 5 or whatever is your max admin level).

You two are just confusing him. You are forgetting something. He doesn't have any "Admin system" (filterscript), so he needs to get them first.
