"Some error thing"... Not exactly descriptive if you want help troubleshooting. What does it say exactly?

There are other photo uploaders.. Try Photobucket or Tinypic. I personally much prefer imgur though.

It says "Upload failed. [-220: IO_ERROR] On Imgur but on ImageShack it just says Unable to upload

Well, if you got an error on both Imgur as ImageShack, there's something wrong with your image I guess..
