First, don't post IPs here... it's kinda private. And second, your BAD RCON ATTEMPT means someone tried to attemp your server RCON, you should ban this IP then.

That's not always the case. It's some kind of bug i'm pretty sure. I've had 0 players on my test server and for some reason that kept on spamming. Not sure why

It is possible to remote-connect to the rcon console.... You don't need to be in the server to connect as RCON to it... therefor someone is trying to crack your rcon without being on the server, but by a console on the desktop...

btw, I had been spammed by this IP with attempts, too
