[FilterScript] Zamaroht's TextDraw Editor Version v3.1

Updates:

- When you change the TD's font to a sprite, a default up arrow will now be created, instead of making this big ass box and telling the player to create a box.
- Same goes for model previews.
- Fixed some issues with model previews when switching / creating / deleting textdraws.
- Removed background on sprite creation, you can always turn it back on, but who uses backgrounds for sprites?
- Updated model preview validation to allow for 0.3.8 models.

Turn the box off?

Read what it says, it says auto enabling box to make it easier for the font 4/5, why should it auto disable when you go back to the normal text, if your not gonna use the new fonts then don't turn them on.
