Walkie Talkie System v 1.0

A filterscript of a walkie-talkie, useful for RP mode or modes of TDM.

Description:
A simple system consisting of 999 Walkie Talkie frequencies.

- /wtmenu to access the menu in the dialog where you can turn on / off, Set Frequency and Blowing sound to all players in the same channel.
- /wt [text] to send messages to the player in the channel

Bugs:
None detected.

Updates:
In the next updates will insert the object of the wt in the hands of the player and maybe some frequency with password access.
