I use
#define CARS 80
to define my server-side vehicles. However I changed it earlier to 90. After I changed it, restarted the server and went ingame - logged in, the world of boundaries screen popped up. I decided to change the CARS back to 80 - and it continued to happen, any clue why this would happen?
