I mean, you get this crash before you get the loading screen, or you get it while you're loading?
I can't search for any similar crashing code as yours, so the general way will be deleting gta_sa.set in My Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files\.

Please be specific abit. Tell me when do you crash? While the SAMP screen loading till 80% or when you connect?

After the game loads instad of game the crash is showing up.

I actually have the same problem, I guess it isn't mods then?

Go into your SA-MP Userfiles and Delete gta_sa.set, these are your gta settings and it will reset it preventing you to crash, if you still have the problem then just contact me
