Are you polish? cause you said, that you tried to use polish language to speak with him.

Anyway, to leave cigarette in player mouth, just start a timer when player press LMB. And then when, timer get called just remove object from player hand and attach it to player's mouth. About timer - time you have to play with it a little bit. That's what I understand from your message here:
