First you are not providing detailed information.. meaning post some logs, and tell us exactly what you mean.

You'd better see the server hosting automatic restart function, and change it or even turn it off if it's necessary.

Seems like a crash. Running crash detect plugin to determine the cause will help.

After running the server with CrashDetect plugin, you shall give us your server.log so we can see what the problem is.
