Alright well i'm using hamachi and I can connect to my server fine, but when people connect to my hamachi then they join my server, they said it's not working for them like it says retrieving info for ever and doesn't work what could this mean here is my config file.

Still not working correctly.. I'm using hamachi why would i need to portforward

I don't know how Hamachi works, sorry. Quite frankly, it's stupid to use Hamachi anyways.. just port forward and run the SA:MP server w/o this stupid software.
