Go into phpMyAdmin, create a new table if you haven't already, navigate to the new table and click on the import tab at the top of the page. From there, it'll ask you to browse to the .sql file and then you click "Open" and click on "GO" in the bottom right hand corner.

It should go just fine. Otherwise, you can always open the .sql file with notepad, copy the contents, and then use the SQL tab to run the query.
