So. i want to start my own samp server, but i dont know anything about starting one. Like hosts the script stuff and like that. first i want to find a host then some scripters.

I'm doing the same. I have a forum already if you'd like to join me. I just need a scripter, but you're welcome to join as an owner/manager of the forums and server, once it gets started.
I've already established it as a Prison Role-Play. Let me know if you'd like to help provide a small portion of the monetary requirements and I'll do the same, as well as teach you a bit about the necessary components: Teamspeak, Hosting (server slots), hosted tab, Mapping etc.
