Yes,but when i connected server has closed.(dedicated server)

maybe your samp version is newer then gamemode version, so you can't connect to server. Try to update gm

Now.When i put #include <YSI/y_ini> in my script,then not connect on server.

Yes , #include <YSI\y_ini> and now not better.

I'm not quite sure how y_ini works as I've never played with it, but in my experience if you're missing files/folders that are needed to get server information from or something, the server generally doesn't start.

Are you getting any runtime errors in the server log?

How do you update any include? You download the new one and replace your old copies. It isn't that difficult!
