Download this RPM and install it : http://pkgs.org/download/libc.so.6(GLIBC_2.6)

Also, DON'T run game servers with the root account ! You should create another account and ideally jail it.

It tells you what is wrong... The library is missing.

If it's a pretty generic linux issue then I'm sure that someone here can help, but if it's an issue related to the multiplayer mod that you are trying to run a server for, you should be asking at their forum, not at ours. This is the SA-MP forum.
