Welll, It happened with me some times, the reason(s) I figured out was-
1.PC was damn slow, some other programs were eating up the RAM, so leave it untouched for few seconds to let it compile
2. Script was too long( 60k+ lines )

Script 13k lines just. I was try to let compile 5 min but the same.

Comment out the last thing you changed and compile it again.

As i said i was try to count with program brackets, everything is ok.
