Is there something where whenever a player logs in, his IP can be tracked and can be matched to any other accounts?
e.g.
Account 1 logs in
Account 1 quits
Account 2 (with the IP of Account 1) logs in
The server tracks the IP and gives the names of the players under that IP.

Yes but what will you do with this function? If a person finds out you're using this, they can set a bot to log in two accounts in/out REALLY fast and null your server.

He could find out if someone is getting ajailed for breaking rules and then just making new accounts to skip the punishment.

Yep it's possible, I have this on my server. It's very easy to do with MySQL
