Hello everybody, as now i got a problem with my PC, because my brother mess it up when it started to lagg, he started to press every button. So now i need to resolve a lot of problems, and i can't install Sa-mp client 0.3x so i got a question if sommeone else can send me the SA-MP 0.3x installation Map with files with a tuto were to place e'm.
However... Sorry for the noobie thread but i also need this ;(

try reinstalling GTA and then install samp again.

Annother question i am at school how do i download torrents without admins permission?

You should install SA:MP from
http://sa-mp.com/download.php
If you are in need of a fresh copy of GTA San Andreas, you have to buy one or get one from somewhere else.
