I need something that does not let anyone see the login chat (See what do the other players are talking)
only after the player login he can see the chat.

You could always work with OnPlayerText and change it so that it sends to only those logged in by making your own chat command, it might get a little irritating though. It doesn't seem really worth it to be honest.
Alternatively, and this is a silly idea, you could spam empty messages on a timer to the user.
