This is whether I'm the only one with this bug.

In fact, when I press a button to turn the flashing type A driver in it nothing happens. It actually takes about one second press the button for it to work.

In previous versions of any such bug is appeared, I wanted to know if there is a way to set or not.

Try reporting this into the 'Bug Report' section, but do check your script first, to check to see if you've scripted anything wrong.

Please don't encourage people to post but reports when they aren't likely a bug. The SA-MP team has enough stuff to do.

If your ping is high, it will obviously take longer for actions to happen. If your ping is 500, it will take 500 milliseconds to send your key press, then 500 ms to return the response, in total taking an entire second (1000 ms).
