So basically
If the line is under

I want to change it to a filterscript so would it go under
public OnFilterScriptInit()
{

If not there were would it go?

You need to make the filterscript, Here's an example.

Yes it would go there..
But make sure all the variables and everything are there(copied) in the filterscript too or it will show u helluva errors.

Also - make a descriptive title.

Now i get this as I've put it under
etc...
public OnFilterScriptInit()
{
LoadClans();
return 1;
}

I GET THIS ERROR
(15) : error 004: function "LoadClans" is not implemented

This is what you're looking for, but, if you're creating a filterscript for this, then, you'd better stop it, because:

1. Spending 1 slot of filterscript when you can put a good filterscript instead.
2. You haven't defined the "LoadTextDraws", so, there wont be anything to load and an error will appear.
