i heard it dont even do any effect at all to your server might if home hosted if on a box then it will be fine.

As much as you'd like -- by which I mean as much as you have memory available for (probably enough for millions of records). Also, if you write your queries correctly the amount of user accounts will not have any effect on the performance of your server.

This is one of the dumbest questions I've come across in awhile.
People really don't understand the REAL uses for MySQL, do they? I mean holy hell, MySQL is used by forums such as this one. Do you understand how many records are saved in the database daily? Or, how many times information is loaded from the database each time a page is loaded?
You're concerned that you're SA:MP server is going to overload the database? Ha!

Like they always say "better to ask then never to ask at all", rather than being a dick why not answer the question in a proper manor....
