Its because you have the campos at the same place as the lookat...

Do it like this:

SetPlayerPos(playerid, yourcoords);
SetPlayerCameraPos(playerid, coords somewhere near the playerpos);
SetPlayerCameraLookAt(playerid, same coords as setplayerpos);
