If you want him to have access to your server, simply port forwarding it normally will work... No need for Team Viewer.

Well I can't simple PF ,iball i-Baton don't have any options for that.
I even looked at the tutorial here.
So I thought team viewer will work...

Team Viewer would give the same results as you would be doing it manually, or by yourself. Team Viewer is just a program allowing others to control your PC or MAC, but does not change anything.

Well when I do it my friend says my server is saying retrieving info :/

I can say that everyone says portfoward is easy and all that, but actually it depends on the router. I've tried a lot of tutorials in the forum here, and none of them worked. I tried also from portforward.com > my router > SA:MP Server, I did exactly what it says and it connects in my localhost, however, it's offline for my friends (retrieving info as well).
