Use one of those invisible planes that come with SA-MP and retexture them.

That's not non-solid. Non-solid means that you can walk/pass through it. I think you mean "invisible". There are roads and walls that are visible on one side but invisible on the other, but you can not walk through them on either side, they are still solid.
