Anyways, Kalcor/Kye made SA-MP, littlewhitey's server (supposedly is the first, or so the advertisement says), and hell yeah, it is popular (GTA SA is the top PS2 selling game ever) and what kind of question is the 4th one?

The OP is asking about the first SA-MP server. Not SA-MP itself.

One of the first (if not THE first) public SA-MP servers was littlewhitey's, created by littlewhitey. It is now owned by Popz and yes it is still around, ****** it for the IP.
