Okay well about 4 months ago i started experiencing texture loss problems with SAMP and i got advised to install streamfix which i did and it was all working until randomly now i get textures which keeping blinking on and off like building appearing and then disappearing.

I found out that if i run SAMP as an Administrator it will be fixed but none of my mods would load they would just be default vehicles. Is there anyone that can help me solve this problem.
