So the problem is it shows that I can't connect to the server it aint showing up.

Did it.. but still no response from them... Even in irc... Thats why I'm asking here maybe someone knows whats the problem!

Remove the in the weburl line, since it's not needed.

Also, do you need to set the bind?

you need to have bind:IP ADDRESS HERE above the port then it should work
