im getting error that my gamemode wont load i have updated my plugin but no difference if someone can teamveiwer me and add me on skype: idealgta it would be helpful or just comment thanks

If its a linux server , use streamer.so plugin file.

In other words, if it's a linux machine just replace the streamer.dll to streamer.so in your server.cfg.

Download it from here (original thread), unzip it, open the pawno folder and there's streamer.so which you have to replace with streamer.dll using (S)FTP client.
