CPU usage shouldn't be a problem in this case. Make sure that you're not using any scripts that block player's access according to the location that they're from. If that's not the case, contact your host regarding this.

Maybe the UAE's "Internet Access Management Policy" blocked your IP. That would be funny as hell.
